Meditation Circles

* the lowering of high blood pressure and levels of blood lactate (thus reducing anxiety attacks)
* decreasing tension-related pain including tension headaches, ulcers, insomnia, muscle and joint problems
* increasing serotonin production to improve mood and behaviour
* improvements to the immune system …. and much more.

Through the regular practice of meditation, you are able to cleanse and nourish your body from within, and as such, you will be able to calm yourself whenever your feel overwhelmed, unstable or even emotionally shut down.  You are able to do this by being able to enter into an inner space of unlimited calmness, joy and inner peace, through which you are then able to emit into the environment around you, bringing harmony and balance to your environment.

:: Monday Night Meditations
is an open group that focuses around opening the chakras, aligning your energy with the cosmos, and reciting a chosen mantra (sacred prayer) in order to connect with and seek guidance from a chosen deity (aspect of the Divine), or Bodhisattva (enlightened being) for that month.  Mantras are considered to be able balance or enhance the effects of energies our energetic bodies encounter every waking moment.
Venue: The Isian Centre of Metaphysics (Parafield Gardens, Adelaide) from 7.30pm to 8.45pm.  Please contact me prior to 7.00pm for the address.
Cost: $10 per session – casual attendance is welcome.

COMMENCING IN 2018
:: Friday Night Archangel Meditations will focus around opening the chakras, aligning your energy, and raising your vibration to connect with one of the 10 Archangels that can be found within the sacred Kabbalah glyph known as the “Tree of Life” to the sound of a steel tongue drum.

Venue: The Isian Centre of Metaphysics (Parafield Gardens, Adelaide) from 7.30pm to 8.45pm.  Please contact me prior to 7.00pm for the address.
Cost: $10 per session – casual attendance is welcome.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
I am available to hold private meditation sessions for you and your friends in your own home.  In these sessions, I can teach you how to gain body and mind relaxation, mindfulness techniques, the use and purpose of specifically chosen mantras, techniques of sacred chanting, or take you and your friends on specific guided journeys depending on your needs and requirements.  For more information about what I can offer, or on the above meditation groups, please contact me.
