Being able to forgive, both yourself as well as others, is probably one of the most powerful healing tools that you could ever embrace.
Through the art of forgiveness, you are able to transform anger and hurt into healing and inner peace.
Forgiveness can assist in overcoming feelings such as depression, anxiety and rage, whilst dissolving personal as well as relational conflicts. The true art to forgiveness is being able to make a conscious decision to “let go” on all levels – consciously as well as subconsciously.
Forgiveness does not condone the hurtful actions of another and does not necessarily mean you will accept them back into your life. Instead, it allows you to take back your power, rather than continuing to give it to a negative situation. It releases yourself from thoughts of disharmony that may only be damaging your self, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Forgiveness allows you to truly heal. You deserve to be free.
During the course of this afternoon workshop you will learn:
** how to become truly and consciously willing to forgive,
** cut outdated and other emotional ties in order for you to relinquish negative attachments to another,
** self forgiveness through powerful meditative techniques that are specifically designed to release underlying emotional pain resulting from you own past regrets,
** self nurture and how to embrace a positive self-esteem.
